(doing/being better at this will make your organization better in an
important manner). Managers and employees OFTEN focus efforts in areas
that have little impact on the organization’s goals. |

You have influence over it (you may not have
complete control, but your efforts will have an impact on this element). |

You are not currently
excelling at this element (if you are already strong in this area, don’t
mess it up working on other elements, but there is a diminishing return on
further efforts in this front). |
